The outer pane of our front living room window broke. Glass Doctor came out the day after I called them to quote the work. They had the replacement double pane insert custom-made and installed less than 3 weeks later. This was after another local shop quoted me 6 to 8 weeks! The tech did a great job taking care not to damage the wood trim around our oak casement window.

The Glass Doctor was able to schedule me quickly for my repair. They came out for an estimate the next day and replaced the glass the morning after that. The only reason they couldn’t do it on the spot was that the temperature outside was too cold to cut the glass in the truck. The technician who came was very friendly and professional.
